CANCELLED Canadian Women at War On the Home Front
March 24, 2020 @ 7:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Presented by Douglas Phillips, photographer
The Town of Ajax was literally born out of the Second World War because of what it accomplished by making a tremendous impact to the war effort in supplying the much-needed bullets and bombs. This mostly due to the women of Canada who played a key role doing dangerous work at the munitions plant.
